Practice AreasCRIMINALNever consent to search of your home or motor vehicle if the police ask for your permission. Never make a statement to the police outside the presence of your attorney. Items seized during a search may later be suppressed (kept out of evidence) if the police did not strictly follow the law. Back to Main Practice Page
